Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including GenAI applications. This can be workflows or agentic automations in e.g., Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and more.
- Lead and manage client projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in AI.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, experimenting with new frameworks, models, and techniques.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in software development, with a focus on building and deploying AI-powered applications.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI (Agent) frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, Langchain, CrewAI, etc.)
- Experience implementing GenAI solutions using models like Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and building scalable systems in cloud environments (e.g. Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Experience with Machine Learning/MLOps is seen as a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
