We were engaged to address two main objectives:
Unify data from multiple systems into a single platform to provide a comprehensive view of Tekla’s operations.

We introduced Weld as the core data integration tool, consolidating data from more than five sources, including e-commerce, retail, and B2B platforms. The data was centralized and modeled in BigQuery, providing Tekla with a clear and unified view of its operations across all business fronts.
Using Power BI, we built customized dashboards and reports that visualized key performance indicators (KPIs) for Tekla’s business. These reports gave the management team real-time access to important metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making across all departments.
