Client Background:
Cosmo Laser is a standout beauty clinic known for its advanced beauty treatments. They use the latest tools and technology and are deeply committed to their clients. Over time, they’ve become the go-to place for many people looking for top-notch beauty services.
Challenge:
With their growing success, Cosmo Laser found themselves facing a data problem. Their important data was spread out over various systems. This made it tough to get a complete picture of their business. Additionally, they lacked clarity on how their marketing efforts directly impacted customer conversions. This gap in understanding made it challenging to determine the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. On top of that, they still had a bunch of tasks that were being done by hand, which wasn’t very efficient.
Objective:
